These website terms are separate from any proposal, statement of work or Master Services Agreement governing paid services.

3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes.
- Do not interfere with security, availability or operation.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, automated extraction or vulnerability testing.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.

4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, design, software, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Veltrion. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy for evaluating our services. No other reproduction, adaptation, commercial use or distribution is permitted without written consent. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may refer or link to third-party services, partners or websites. We do not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. A reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement beyond the relationship expressly described.
6. Payment providers and financial services
Veltrion provides technology, integration and implementation services. We do not issue payment products, hold client funds, provide financial product advice or represent that we are an Australian financial services licensee.
Payment and merchant services are supplied by the applicable third-party provider under that provider’s terms, eligibility requirements and regulatory framework. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrion excludes implied terms that may be excluded and is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from website use. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the minimum remedy permitted by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website, including career expressions of interest.
